When you place an order with us or register for our newsletter, you will automatically end up in our customer database. We keep this information private.

We request this information so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

Ebike4Delivery processes your data because you use our services or have registered for our newsletter. Data may be processed when:

• You have completed the form for free testing of the DeliverEbike;

• You have completed the contact form;

• You contact us via the possible forms of live chat;

• You have placed an order;

• You are registered for our newsletter;

• You have been a customer with us in the past and have already provided your data.
