FAQ
What's the minimum contract length?
Our standard lease is 36 months. We also offer 24-month contracts and a short-lease option from 3-6 months for businesses that want to test before committing. Talk to our sales team about which fits your situation.
Can I start with just one or two bikes?
Yes. Many customers start with 2-3 bikes and scale up as their operation grows. There's no minimum fleet size to get started.
Can I add more bikes during my contract?
Yes. You can add bikes at any point. Each addition starts its own contract term.
What happens at the end of my contract?
You can renew, upgrade to a newer model, or return the bikes. We'll reach out before the end date to discuss your options.
What happens if I want to cancel early?
Early termination is possible, but there are usually flexible alternatives before it comes to that:
- A new rider or operator can take over your running contract — no termination fee.
- We can also move the bike to a different location if your situation has changed.
Get in touch with our customer service team and we'll walk you through the options.
How quickly can I get my first bike?
Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on customisation (branding, box size) and order volume.
What if the battery runs out during a shift?
The battery is swappable - riders can replace it with a charged spare mid-shift without interrupting the route. We recommend one spare battery for every two bikes to keep your operation running continuously.
How do I manage service requests across multiple locations?
Through the customer portal. Every location gets its own login connected to their branch — staff can report issues and track repairs for their own bikes. If you're managing multiple branches, one manager account (for example, the owner) can see all locations in a single overview: every bike, every ticket, every repair status across the whole operation.
Can my riders or store managers use the portal too?
Yes. You can set up separate logins per location so managers can report and track issues for their own branch without seeing other sites.
What happens if my bike gets stolen?
Report the theft to us as soon as possible. To process the claim, we'll need the two original keys from the bike lock. Once received, we'll provide you with a loan bike straight away so your routes aren't interrupted while we arrange a replacement.
What if the bike can't be repaired on-site?
If our mechanic isn't able to fix the bike at your location and needs to take it to our hub, you'll receive a loan bike for the full duration of the repair. No downtime, no disruption to your operation.
