Yes, many parts of our delivery Ebikes have been specially developed by us to ensure that the Ebikes are suitable for everyday use by delivery services.

Yes, the battery can be removed from the Ebike; you can easily replace the battery with a spare battery.

The battery and luggage rack are always included. Depending on the package, a delivery box is also included. If you need additional parts, simply contact our sales team. We offer boxes in various sizes, backpacks, hand warmers, and much more.

We currently offer two models: the GEN3 and the 20FIFTY M. The GEN3 is equipped with airless tires (no more flat tires, always the right tire pressure) and a more stable frame (perfect for 2 boxes). The 20FIFTY M has a particularly large battery with a range of up to 100 km.

Coverage depends on the selected package. Wear parts and labor are included in most leasing contracts. The All-Inclusive package also covers the replacement of fixed components free of charge.

For other packages, the replacement of fixed components is billed separately. Fixed components include, but are not limited to: frame, fork, motor, and related parts.

If your e-bike breaks down or is damaged, our mechanic will come to you and repair it. If the problem is reported via our customer portal before 6 p.m. on working days, mechanics will arrive within 24–48 hours in 90% of cases.

We aim for a delivery time of 2-3 weeks, depending, of course, on the modifications to the e-bike and the number of orders we have for you.

We recommend never charging batteries unattended. For safety reasons, we also recommend using special charging cabinets. In addition, batteries should not be exposed to extreme temperatures during charging.
