From the first day, you get more than a bike
The Customer Portal is where you manage your fleet, stay on top of every repair, and get help the moment you need it.
Customer Portal
Everything in one place
Service requests, without the back-and-forth
Report the issue
Submit a short form in the Customer Portal and add a photo if needed.
Keep everyone informed
You, branch managers, schedulers and technicians all see the same request and status.
Track progress
Follow the request in real time from submission until the bike is back on the road.
Keep the full service history
Every repair stays recorded, so you can always check what was done and when.
Manage each location separately
Each location gets its own login and only sees the bikes relevant to that team.
See the full fleet in one place
Owners and fleet managers can view all bikes, open tickets and statuses across every location.
See it for yourself
You don't have to be a customer to see how it works.
Explore a fully working demo of the Customer Portal at your own pace - browse a sample fleet, open a service request, and see how tracking works.
