What is the difference between leasing and buying a Delivery Ebike?
With leasing you pay a fixed monthly amount for the use of the Ebike, whereas with buying you become the owner and are responsible for maintenance and repairs.
What are the advantages of leasing?
Leasing offers predictable costs, including maintenance, repairs and insurance. It avoids high purchase costs and offers flexibility to upgrade to newer models.
What does a lease include?
Your lease includes Ebike insurance against bike damage and theft (as long as 2 original keys and a police report are provided), preventive maintenance (on request), replacement of wearable parts (tyres, brake pads, chain / sprocket) and on-site service within 24 / 48 hours.
What about the warranty if I buy or lease?
If you buy, you get a 6 months warranty on the Delivery Ebike (excluding wearable parts). If you lease, you have a warranty for the entire duration of the contract.
What happens if the Delivery Ebike is stolen during the leasing period?
If you can provide 2 original keys, you will only pay the excess of €250. If you do not have 2 original keys, you will be charged the book value of the Delivery Ebike.
