What happens if my delivery e-bike can’t be repaired immediately?

If your delivery e-bike can’t be fixed on-site, you’ll receive a temporary replacement bike (when included in your lease plan) so your deliveries keep running without downtime.

How can I request e-bike service or maintenance?

Request service easily through the Ebike4Delivery Customer Portal, report issues, schedule maintenance, or log damage anytime, from any device.

What should I do in case of e-bike theft or accident?

In case of theft or accident, report it immediately via the Customer Portal, upload photos and documents, and our team will guide you through the repair or replacement process.

When will my e-bike battery be replaced?

Ebike4Delivery replaces batteries when capacity drops below 85% after 12 months or 70% after 24 months, ensuring consistent performance for your delivery fleet.
