The mobility service of Ebike4Delivery is ready at your demand!

Is your Ebike unlucky or in need of service? Our service team will help you and the Ebike(s) to get back on the road. Please submit the form below. With the right information, we can make sure you get help as soon as possible.

It is important that you enter your company name and your email address correctly; otherwise it may be that you are not found in our system and we can not service you.


Service team for Netherland - service times are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 till 21:00.
* Service times may vary on public holidays.
Reports before 8:00 PM will be processed the next day. Reports after 8 p.m. will only be processed the following day.


Service team for Belgium - service times are Monday to Sunday from 9:00 till 18:00.
* Service times may vary on public holidays.


Service team for Germany - service times are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 till 21:00.
* Service times may vary on public holidays.


A mechanic will always give you a call 30 minutes before arrival. Please make sure you specify a phone number where you can be reached.

If no one is present when our technician comes to visit or if there is something wrong with the report, we are forced to pass on these costs incurred (including €75 call-out costs) to you and we will consider the service request as completed.

The mechanic will call this number before driving to your shop. The phone number needs to be available between 09:00-21:00. If you do not answer the phone, extra charges might apply, and your appointment might be delayed or canceled.
